110m for Brogdon, someone call a medic I think I’m having a heart attack

110m for Brogdon, someone call a medic I think I’m having a heart attack Odds are I'll get 1 or 2 out of 10 right but I like I said it's more of a product of the lack of star power. Anyway I won't be surprised seeing Brogdon being paid 22 mil per year this off season. He was arguably a top 3 player for the team with the best record in the league and this contract would through his prime years. Plus his contributions for the team won't be easy to translate to D5, specially with him taking a leap on the defensive end this year and joining the 180 club.

Hell yeah if IT wants to come back to Boston that'd be great. Then again - in D5 timeline, IT never played in Boston heh

Just want to point out most NBA GM's also laugh their ass off when they "analysts" predictions. It's impossible to read what's going on the 30 GM's head. Same way goes for draft boards.

Rozier isn’t a free agent until next year He played for 4 years, the last year must be the QO and that's up to the player to accept. He is a RFA.

God help the team that gives Elfrid Payton $100 million I think the same way when I look at some contracts in D5 and yet there they are. Someone always overpays

Great read as always, Jerry!
Why isn't RFA a thing? We have done it in 720 for years without an issue.

Well this list became pointless gotta have to redo it. Does the same apply to 2nd rounders? 2nd rounders are three year deals with two Team options in Year 2 and 3; they are also considered UFA once they reach FA. Though to be frank, if you put real effort into retaining your 1st and 2nd round draft picks when they reach FA, usually for the first contract they will resign
