Boston Celtics Send:80 Montrezl Harrell - $1,948,863 - $2,876,521 71 James Ennis - $2,778,385 72 Zach Randolph - $4,199,000 BOS 2019 2nd Total: $8,926,248 Brooklyn Nets Send:87 Kristaps Porzingis - $3,914,062 - $5,221,359 Total: $3,914,062 Ok look, I never thought I'd be trading Kristaps before he even plays a game for me, but with the recent allegations, I think its better for me to get rid of him sooner rather than later. It has been super stressful owning him and I'm just ready to be done with it. On the positive side, I have been trying to get Montrezl from Ian for months now and have offered pretty much my entire team at some point. He is an advanced stats machine, and I think with a proper stockwatch he could be rated in the 87-88 range. James Ennis has been a starter in Houston and will be a super valuable player for us moving forward, and Zach Randolph can provide a veteran presence off the bench that my team is sorely lacking. It is really tough for us to give up one of our franchise guys, and I'd rather move him while he still has a sliver of value left.

I accept. Finally my first trade of the year!! Once Kristaps returns from injury this should fill an all star shaped hole at power forward for my team. It hurts to lose Montrezl, and especially Ennis who has been with my team since I drafted him in 2013 - I get very attached to the guys I draft I think everyone knows. However once Josh made it known Kristaps was available I weighed my options and I think this will be great for my Celtics going forward - at least I have the patience to wait for players to heal from injury 93 - Embiid 87 - Porzingis 80 - Ingram 83 - Murray 87 - Simmons Bring it on Charlotte and Milwaukee! I'm coming for you!

This is a huge overreaction imo Josh. If Kobe can rape a girl and get in the HOF, there's no reason why Kristaps won't be fine

Is that something they repair right away or do they just hop them up on painkillers until they can schedule it?

Many players compete the game they're playing with a torn acl I've been hearing now that it occurred the day after he tore his ACL, I wouldn't think that'd be an ideal time to decide to have non consensual intercourse with somebody immediately after a serious leg injury but not impossible.

So he gets injured, goes to bed in his nice ny penthouse, wakes up and sees this chick and thinks to himself on a random tuesday "you know what im taking that pu$$y bc the bucks took my acl" Hes a professional basketball player in the greatest city in the world with a ton of media exposure and is 22 years old! I know anything is possible but to think he did this the day after a serious injury knowing he can literally get almost any woman in the world and know their is holes in the story with money involved etc just screams bs! And the mavs probably took advantage of the dysfunctional newyork knicks incompetent front office bc they have no idea what their doing but even they got dsj and 2 future 1sts and cap space! 👀 josh cmon bro 👀

I have no idea if this allegation is true. I haven't seen the evidence to say one way or the other.
To say that a famous, attractive and rich man can't be a rapist is demonstrably false. Christiano Ronaldo admitted to rape and he is way more of all those things than Porzingis ever will be. There are dozens of other examples if you look.
Also rapists don't rape to "get some action" they do it because they are sociopaths who seek to overpower another person. You are competely wrong in saying rapists are unattractive, poor people. They are across every economic class, race, profession, sexuality and gender. Your stereotype is not accurate.
Additionally to say that a person with an acl injury can't rape someone that same day is also false. Dozens of athletes have played football, basketball, baseball and soccer games on torn ACLs. It's ridiculous to state a 7'3 250+ lb man can't overpower a smaller woman under the same conditions, especially given the video of him walking out of the arena just fine.
Again I have no idea if these allegations are true or false. There is not enough evidence to say yet. But let's deal with facts not misguided assumptions.

Guys stop derailing the thread please This trade should clearly be passed. 80 Montrezl Harrell + 71 James Ennis is 151 rating points. Kristaps is only 87 rating points by himself, that's a 64 point differential. Throw in Zach Randolph and it's a no-brainer.

You guys are seriously sleeping on Montrezl Harrell. If you look at his per-36 stats, he is a top 5 player in the league. I don’t think it’s a stretch to say he could be an 88 after a rating change thread.
Not to mention he’s a few years older than Kristaps and will bring a more veteran presence.

Pretty sure that based on D5 rules, one trade participant has posted this and the other has said accept, so it can't be an April Fool's joke.
Unless they just do a trade-back if this gets accepted

My final say in this is I don't understand how you guys REPEATEDLY get fleeced by Ian over and over and over.
You couldn't even get one of his shitty first rounders? Even the Knicks got two firsts and a young guy out of it.
No one gives a shit about per36 when it comes to ratings. He could per36 average 20 ppg but if he plays 20 his whole career he's never getting past an 80 overall.
KP is likely going to explode playing next to Luka. You should at least be able to get a 1st and a few 2nds out of it. But no Zach Randolph (not in the league) is the breaker. Pfft.
Josh you suck as a GM.
I think TC should accept the trade.

2018 Total: Montrezl and Ennis: 1681 points, 685 rebounds, 182 assists, 126 blocks, 108 steals Kristaps Porzingis: 0 points, 0 rebounds, 0 assists, 0 blocks, 0 steals
As you can see, Boston is clearly getting screwed in this trade. I'm close to rejecting it because of how badly Josh is fleecing Ian. Over the many years though Ian has clearly shown he has a plan, so on that basis I'll accept this.
