King! I had a dream! I saw you and the Cavaliers celebrating a championship! and when the female reporter asked you what makes this championship special, you answered,
BECAUSE I'M HOME.
Home is waiting for you next year. Ready to help you fulfill your promise.

Why even call it a simulation of real-life then.
LOL.
You only apply that concept when it benefits you. Tsk.

It was not only the goal of returning home that was disrespected. Even your goal of going to Hollywood.
LOL. This is better called a Fantasy League.

LeBron went to Cleveland in 2014 when they had #1 overall pick Andrew Wiggins, #1 overall pick Kyrie Irving, #4 overall pick Tristan Thompson, #4 overall pick Dion Waiters, #1 overall pick Anthony Bennett. And then they traded Wiggins and Bennett for Kevin Love, who was coming off monster years in Minnesota in the middle of his prime.
It's 2020. LeBron left Cleveland for LA 2 years ago. Your team next year is Zion Williams and Zach Lavine.
I'm really not sure how you think the fact that LeBron joining Cleveland in 2014 gives you leverage to sign him today when it's clear that LeBron wants to win Championships.

The belief that he went to Cleveland primarily because the Cavs back then was loaded with young studs, is wrong. It is not the right way to read it. There is also a big difference between D5s Cleveland and that 2014 Cleveland. That real life Cleveland were losers. They cannot win. D5 Cleveland showed that they can win. If you do not think that makes a difference, you can check the issues Lebron has with CLE in the past. And by the way, Lebron went to LA even though we all know that he will not go there to contend right away. Fortunately, AD happened. Wait. LA this year have the capacity to sign two superstars together with Lebron. And that was the intention of Lebron, right? Did we simulate that? Nope. Because again, this is a fantasy league. Not a Simulation league. So, Tom. Here is the deal. Even if Giannis remains in MIL in real life, do not expect D5 Giannis to do that too. You know what? Because they will surely come up with fantasize reasons for him to leave your team.

Tbh I have to agree with Hana here, this league is not at all realistic sometimes. For instance, why is Kevin Durant not on the Nets? He clearly would make a decision to join Kyrie and the Nets if given a chance, so why do we insist on honoring his existing contract obligations in D5 to Golden State? He left that team of losers in real life for being mean to him. Shouldn't we simply remove him from the Warriors and add him to the Nets in favor of realism? Where is Durant's unheard thread? Everyone is talking about LeBron but isn't Durant actually the unheard one here? We've completely thrown any semblance of realism out the window. This is not at all a sim league, it is merely a fantasy league.

yeah I’m not sure if lebron would have left Miami if they didn’t lose to San Antonio in his last year(IRL). We try to follow real life as close as we can but the situations are always different.

yeah I’m not sure if lebron would have left Miami if they didn’t lose to San Antonio in his last year(IRL). We try to follow real life as close as we can but the situations are always different. That is what makes Lebron James' position as very unique because he actually returned to Cleveland, primarily to deliver a championship to his home state. The position that the situation is very different so not following what he did in real life is warranted, is just a product of overthinking and fantasy in the case of Lebron. Because no matter what happened in D5 Lebron's career, it should have never erased his desire to return to Cleveland. Read/hear his interviews. He wants to win a championship for Cleveland not because he is using his mind. It is because that is the desire of his heart. Imagine returning to a team owner that you hate the most? Why would someone do that? Because he is doing something beyond logic.

Giannis has been saying this entire time he wants to stay and never indicates otherwise. Fake news ESPN tried to spin something that was never there. 4D chess move by Giannis by waiting and letting other teams miss out on signing someone this summer. Guy is loyal to his squad. He's of the Dame cloth, not KD.

LOL. All hail the fantasy! "Simulation" was just a big joke! -silence- Think of it more like an alternate reality with basically all the same rules of physics and the same history until the point where this league started. Then, one small pebble of a move has blossomed into the new flourishing reality we are experiencing here now. Also, get over it, you have the opportunity for a cool team, enjoy that.

Alternate reality still means considering the emotions, connections and etc. Actually, "alternate reality" is even much deeper than "simulation".
It was invalidated though.
Nope. I expect to be wrong in the future. I expect that one big signing soon will be explained with a lot of real-life happenings.
In short, I am expecting a much bigger joke from the guys at the top. Please, don't disappoint me. Thanks.

We simulate the mechanics of the NBA; we’re not here to mimic every real life decision. If this is a simulation league, why don’t you have Kyrie Irving? Why haven’t you traded a first overall pick for Kevin Love? Zion could’ve easily been traded for an established star veteran - that would’ve mirrored the Wiggins for Love trade. Tsk tsk, Hana. You call this a simulation team?
