A lot of people here do not understand how potential ceiling works.
What you are seeing in the film do not have the biggest weight to that potential ceiling. It is still athleticism+basketball feel+size+current performance.
That Mitchell guy's ceiling is still around 96.
P.S.
Trade Coms, you have the right to reject trades.
Do not tell me you are afraid of the wrath of Tom? LOL. He already disrespected his past self. Do not be played.

And GMs here think that they are better than real life GMs when they are treating this like a 2K GM game. LOL #KeepFeedingYourEgos

It is still laughable when people see negative things about others and voice it out when in reality they are also practicing those traits.

Actually you know what Hana I think I misread your text. I thought you were saying Josh was nice enough not to rip Monty off, as if implying Monty is someone people can take advantage of and at least Josh gave him a fair trade.
But upon reading it again I think you're saying Josh didn't sound off in the comments like others, and because of that, it's not a bad trade because it wasn't Josh being manipulative.

I actually do not care about the reason of Josh for doing it. That statement is a challenge against the statement that trade 1 bad, trade 2 good, trade 3 bad, hoping that Monty will have another good trade up his sleeves. To be clearer about the what I am trying to say, here is a much clearer way: That source of hope for a good trade next by Monty is not really his work, although let me say that I concluded this with full trust on Josh' statement. Invalidating that source of hope and make it most likely that he will not have a good trade next.

I have no idea what you're trying to say and now I'm more confused. So let me be clear about the purpose of my comments:
If you were saying that trade 2 was good because Josh was "a good guy" who didn't rip Monty off and therefore he was human toward Monty, then yes. That's condescending AF because you're implying Monty needs to be catered to and can be easily taken advantage of.
If you're saying Josh didn't say anything bad in trade 1's comment section (like others did) and since he was pretty silent and respectful, and that is the "human treatment" then I apologize about my initial comment.
But if you're saying trade 2 was okay because Josh was a decent enough human not to rip Monty off, then ya that's blatantly disrespectful to Monty and hella condescending.

None of the above because the reason of Josh and the ability of Monty is not part of what is being argued. It is about the thought process in coming up with what was concluded.

If a GM or two has caused a reduction to the enjoyment of a third of the GMs in the league, is that not a good enough ground to force them out no matter how good they are?
