From the desk of the new GM, George Gervin, on the recent trade bringing Chandler Parsons to San Antonio....Now, I know what everyone’s thinking: this wheeler dealer GM finally dealt one hand too many, and ended up with a dumpster fire trade in Chandler Parsons and Arron Afflalo coming to San Antonio, and Serge Ibaka and Tyson Chandler heading to OKC. However, as our team transitions, we need to secure as many lottery ping pong balls as possible for a chance at elite players; the River Walk isn’t exactly enticing big free agents here, and we need our talent and skill to do the talking. That was the basketball motivation behind this seemingly lopsided deal. However, we had another motivation to bring Parsons in. I know fans and GMs alike are befuddled about why him—what does he bring to the table? He can’t play anymore, and he appears to be on the tracks for retirement than returning to the court. However, we as an organization saw a player who not only helps us tank for a better prospect by never being fit to play, but also the NBA’s self proclaimed “Fancy Boy”. Parsons will keep all the wives happy as they ogle at his looks while their husbands and children actually watch the game. We may have some rough years ahead of us, but we at least have Chandler “Fancy Boy” Parsons on the bench on street clothes bringing all the ladies into the arena, and making sure our attendance will still be high. Additionally, Chandler will now be referred to as “Fancy Boy” Parsons in all depth charts, promotional material, and injury reports. Go Spurs Go! And please don’t doubt our mission to bring success, and some style, to San Antone

I know I rejected this trade, but the "Fancy Boy" argument has changed my mind.
Well done

One more thing on the press release:
The Spurs reserve the right to draft the love child of Luka Doncic’s mom and Fancy Boy Parsons when the inevitable Fancy Boy charm torpedoes our team chemistry, Delonte West style
