Good deal all around; Sacto with an interesting core four of Drummond, Lillard, Bradley, and Millsap, while Raptors get some interesting pieces

I might be the biggest Wiggins hater out there but even I think this is selling low. Sacramento arguably gets negative value in return here

I might be the biggest Wiggins hater out there but even I think this is selling low. Sacramento arguably gets negative value in return here To be honest, I've been trying to figure out what his value is here. I'm a supporter and think Andrew will do well but others have made it clear that he's overrated. I wouldn't say this is a negative value for Andrew because Paul Millsap is still a good player. He had a rough year due to his injury but I expect him to do well next year. This also sets up his lineup pretty good. I can't justify paying more for a player who is ranked lower here and currently the third option on his team in real life. I'm taking a risk here but I'm willing to take the risk right now. Also, Turner for Carrol was done due to my hard cap problem. Both have similar roles, however, Carrol plays more on the Nets because they have no one.

Will Toronto retain bird rights for Wiggins? If so, think Toronto comes out ahead here. I'd rather take my chances with Wiggins for the next 5 years than Millsap for two

Will be interested to see how resigning Wiggins go with the cap. Toronto will have to shed a ton to resign him.

Paul Millsap is 33 years old, 10 years older than Wiggins. Millsap might be getting paid a lot IRL but he's on the tail-end of his career, his role on the Nuggets was reduced even when accounting for injury and his rating will only decrease, and soon.
I agree that Wiggins's attitude can stink and he's turning into a bit of a chucker, but I'm still personally very high on his potential and it seems pretty obvious to me that Toronto wins this deal.
Neither of these teams are in a troubled position though, and I could be proved wrong about Wiggins, he might do nothing but decline from now on, and a three-year overpaid declining Millsap is equal to a soon-to-be-paid Wiggins? I highly doubt it, but these are two teams who can be given some lee-way.
I accept.

I'm surprised that either team is willing to do this, but I don't think I can reject.
Millsap is probably the biggest question mark in the deal - he's got a huge contract and while he did have a pretty solid comeback, he's still going to be paid till he's 36. I'm mainly hesitant because the Kings don't really need to do this.
Drummond and Lillard are still locked in for a very long time, and don't actually have to pick up a guy like Millsap as a bargaining chip.
But then again, Wiggins is also just talented enough or at least, looks talented enough that I feel like some GMs would be willing to take a flier and force Toronto to max or near-max him.
I guess there's enough open to chance that I'm fine with accepting it. Like Ian, I'd probably prefer to be on the Toronto side now, but I'm not so sure I'd feel the same way come next OSFA.
Accept.

I'm not a fan of this deal for Sacramento. I think it's a trade based on ratings, not player value. That said, the Kings are good enough that it's hard to argue this does any significant damage to their team.
I begrudgingly accept.
