After those two playoff games, I hope it is fine to talk about Jrue again. Don't worry, I am not going to use what he did in those two games. I will just use it as a springboard for creating this thread.
Like , he has the 33rd best points per game, and out of those 33 players, he has the 11th best efficiency.
NOP is the 14th best defensive team. If Jrue is off the floor, their opponent's ORating increased by 8.7. Better than the 7.5 of Davis.
And he is 10th in deflections.
His DAWare is only 67 and steal is only 62.
He is shooting 63.4% in 0-5 feet. Better than Steph, Blake, Butler, Deroza and etc.
If you filter all the players for players who averaged more than 17.0 points, 5.0 assists, 47% FG and lower than 3.5 turnovers. You will only come up with 5 players. KD, Steph, Jokic, Irving and Holiday.
His 91 handle is I think, still low.
I DO NOT CARE IF YOU DO NOT SEE HIM AS A STAR. BUT PLEASE, CONSIDER THE FACT THAT OVERALL RATINGS IS FORMED THROUGH THEIR ATTRIBUTES. DO NOT USE IT TO RANK PLAYERS.
