Miami isn’t allowed to trade that pick since he doesn’t own his 2019 1st.
Also, he isn’t allowed to trade Trey Burke for a few more weeks since he just signed him.

I can trade my 2018 pick because i own a 2019 pick. Stepien rules says you cant trade consecutive picks if they are your only first rounders.

Trey burke can be traded 11 days from now and we can wait that. Why put this on trash without me explaining? Do you actually think im making this trade without thinking of these things?

Currently the rule applies only to your own picks, I felt like that was much more important because otherwise you end up with crappy picks every year, but it might be worth debating later.

Picks may not be traded in consecutive years. It could use clarification though for sure, I'll edit it now.

You just can't edit the rules when some problem like right here comes out. Or just edit it and make it the Troy Bolton rule.
