He's also boosted his overall FG% since last time and is flat out leading a playoff push alongside Rudy Gobert. Hayward should feel silly for having ran away to Boston.

So the last 3 months (super rough averages), he's doing this:
22p / 3.8r / 3.7a / 1.5s / .3b / 2.9to on 45 / 35 / 83 shooting in about 34.5 mpg
He's gotta do it longer but those are very nice numbers. Still, he's definitely an 80 or higher at this point.
I'll go 81.81

How the hell and how do you guys rate rookies 80+, but guys that have proven themselves and lasted several years cant get increases they deserve. Not mentioning the players, but I see multiple players that are better and at different positions but just can't get love. It makes the league and the sim unfair and not as much fun as it should or could be.

I'm not making a stockwatch for other Gms players. I'm just letting it be known. I just don't get why Gms have to force the committee to adjust player ratings. ALL PLAYERS should be in discussion and updated regularly. All players the same. So tell me why one teams guys should be updated current just because other Gms don't have the time that others may have. But it's a pointless comment so just ignore it and move on guys...

You don't get to high road and act like there are tons of players playing as well as Mitchell that are rated lower than an 82. In fact I'd argue Mitchell is being underrated here given that unlike most young 20ppg guards he's actually good on defense, rebounding, passing and is in a legit playoff chase as the best or 2nd best player on his team, as a rookie. The dude is flat out a winner and its pretty exciting. Thats not common and he's exceeded my rookie year expectations for him by alot.
