How about those undrafted. How can we sign them? If they enter the NBA then we will create them at a later date and they can be signed through free agency. Robert Upshaw can still be yours

I feel dumb right now because I have been scouting players for the 60th when we will actually get the 1 player that everyone else doesn't want.

I don't like this. Why can't it be open to everyone like it was a few years ago? It's a lot more interesting and you'll actually get better players. The top undrafted guys like Robert Upshaw, Christian Wood and Cliff Alexander are way better than Luka Mitrovic or one of the many other draft and stash late second rounders who will never even leave Europe. Christian Wood has even already signed a contract with the Houston Rockets: sports.yahoo.com/news/sources--undrafted-unlv-pf-christian-wood--rockets-agree-to-deal-230538063.htmlPlus since we only actually create second rounders when they join the NBA it actually doesn't create any extra work to administrate at all. I can't think of any reasons why the rule makes sense.
