Utah Jazz Send: 68 Dennis Schroeder $1,493,800 - $1,561,000 - $1,628,300 - $1,658,850 - $1,700,529 65 Lucas Nogueira $1,834,100 - $1,916,700 - $1,999,200 - $2,060,338 - $2,116,173
Total: $3,327,900
Orlando Magic Send: 77 Michael Kidd-Gilchrist $2,436,600 - $2,541,600 - $3,227,832 - $4,328,523
Total: $2,436,600
I realize this doesn't work under the 125% rule, but we're not allowed to trade expirings and salaries haven't rolled forward, so I guess we can queue it until salaries roll forward if it's really that big of a deal.
Anyway, I accept. I really really really hate to give up Schroeder, especially with all the talk of the Kings moving their 8th pick to make him their starting PG. And, Nogueira has recently said he's leaving his Spanish team after this season, which increases his value a lot. Both of them have a ton of potential and were only drafted in this most recent draft. MKG on the other hand has been in the league 2 years but is only 20 years old, and I really like his game. He reminds me a ton of when Iguoudala came into the league and was a great defender but couldn't shoot. He can come in and be my starting small forward next year to create a great defensive duo in Stephenson - MKG. I do feel like this is a trade one of us might look back on in a few years and be kicking ourselves over though.

I feel like Orlando doesn't get enough value for MKG tbh... wtf is the plan over there anyway

The oldest player in this trade is actually Nogueira who is only 21. So we are years away from actually knowing how these players will turn out. MKG is a decent player but so far he hasn't developed an offensive game and I'm really not sure he will. We obviously know the most about him and he could turn out alright but I could also see him regressing and just being a defensive specialist around the league.
I do like Schroeder, he reminds me of Rondo and again he's just 20 years old. He barely got any playing time for the Hawks and only played 6 games in the DLeague but in those games he averaged 17ppg, 7apg, and 4rpg so he did quite well. I don't know much about Nogueira but he played in Spain this year and averaged 6.7ppg, 4.2rpg and 1.5bpg with a 71.7FG% in 16.5 minutes. Who knows how that will translate to the NBA.
I'd say Schroeder has the most potential but these guy are so young we are basically just throwing mud at a wall at this point. We will have to wait years to see what sticks.
If both these guys want to do this then I accept.

If only you didn't trade Paul George to Denver for that pick

I really really really hate to give up Schroeder, especially with all the talk of the Kings moving their 8th pick to make him their starting PG. Dennis Schroder is on the Atlanta Hawks, not the Sacramento Kings.

Lance Stephenson had one good season. Louis Williams has four comparable seasons to the one Stephenson put up. Also, I'm not really factoring in this season since he's coming off an ACL injury. Bob Cooney: Lou Williams said before the game that this is an experimental year after coming back from knee surgery. 100 percent will be next year - See more at: hoopshype.com/rumors/tag/louis_williams#sthash.zM9DaMMy.dpuf

Orlando accepts.
MKG is solid defensively, but lacks offense. I move him to pick up Dennis and Lucas, two solid prospects for our rebuild. I'm looking forward to Schroeder, who makes Burke moveable in the future if a solid deal comes up. Lucas is a guy who I'm excited about because he will add to our youth in the big rotation with Jonas and Plum and I think his defensive potential is solid.

I accept. I'd prefer to keep Schroeder personally, he's quite an underrated guy still - same way Rondo was until he matured.
