Doug McDermott will join the Golden State Warriors on a 4 year contract worth $16,000,000. This is signed using part of the MLE.

Year 1: $4,000,000
Year 2: $4,000,000
Year 3: $4,000,000
Year 4: $4,000,000

Doug didn't receive an offer for the first two weeks of free agency. After a few teams finally showed interest though, it was clear the Warriors had the strongest offer and were the most passionate about signing him. Doug is excited to join one of the best organizations in D5, though the upcoming season should be an interesting one.
