Accepted by the Spurs. Danny Green has been a very productive player for us this season, but ultimately the opportunity to acquire several pieces that will coincide with our existing $73 MM expiring after next season was too much to pass up. Getting a future 2021 draft pick in the year our team doesn’t have a 1st rounder is gravy. This deal will project us to only have $39 MM in contracts after next season, which sets us up very nicely for the 2020 free agent class as well as serving as a third team trade partner next season with almost $95 MM in expiring contracts to work with. Trading Green also will help us ensure that we remain in the lottery this season consistent with our current strategy to strike for younger talent and more manageable contracts.

Suns accept This deal is great for the suns! We get a player this year that can help us win more games as we dont have our own 1st so no reason to loss, and it stays within our 3 year window of contracts that we currently have! It also gives us another 2nd this year, with are other numerous draft picks that we can hopefully consolidate with the den 19 1st to move up the draft board in the upcoming draft! Jared MontiniTo accept and if needed add to reasoning Good dealings George Gervin

Accept, Green is solid for now and will expire by the time the team is ready to make some moves. The ideal scenario this offseason is to consolidate my draft picks and this will help

PHX bois: Danny Green is going to also help you win next year when he's only got two years contract left, no BRs, therefore making him even harder to trade away.

You can always trade someone away if you put the work in! Plus if he wins us a couple more games next year thats fine as well! Plus he can always be waived if need be next year! Yogi wasnt playing for us and it was only dead money besides the 2nd round swap so were all good with it

I'll accept as well. Sort of a lot going on, but many are smaller pieces. However, Suns trying to make their pick worse this year makes a lot of sense, and they can tackle next year, next year.

I'm uneasy with deals like this, but I guess it's trade passed.
