Solid trade for IND. I didn’t like the inclusion of the 1st but moving from DEN 1st to an ATL 2nd isn’t that much of a downgrade, and IND sheds a decent amount of salary.

Spurs accept. Aminu is not a long term guy for us, and I’d rather the security of having a second 1st round pick and the 5 yr contract that comes with it. Additionally, as long as the Rose albatross is on our books, it’s going to inhibit our ability to add impact players through FA, and with the recent trade for Cody Zeller and the pending return of Fancy Boy Parsons, our frontcourt depth shouldn’t be hurt by this move.
Edit: I will need to release a guy to make room for Luwawu and Casspi, but will post that if and when trade accept threshold is reached

Note for all: James Young & Frank Mason are both just contracts, not players (mostly a note for Ian Noble when he's processing everything / looking at roster sizes). As for the trade, I'll accept. Indy's trying to shed even more salary for the future, but has to give up a 1st to do so. Granted, as James says, it's a very late 1st and ATL's 2nd should be pretty early. But there are contractual considerations there too. Spurs, as he's said, are not really going to have any cap space anyway anytime soon, and this is a way to keep depth on the roster. Really, everything about this makes sense for both teams IMO. Accept

This fits into the plan for the Pacers. We get a backup PF. Moving from the DEN 1st to the ATL 2nd isn’t that big of a move. The Indiana Pacers accept this trade.
