Tied for 6th in the lottery now and two weeks ago I was 11th. I got a decent shot at moving into the top 3 now.

Tied for 6th in the lottery now and two weeks ago I was 11th. I got a decent shot at moving into the top 3 now. Actually, it is mathematically impossible for you to catch my pick. Even if I won out, I would have 52 loses while if you lost out you would have 51 loses. Therefore, the top 3 in the draft lottery is set: 3. Sacramento 2. Sacramento (via TOR) 1. Cleveland However, if Toronto loses out and Cleveland wins out; I would own the best chance at the first pick. Additionally, if Toronto won out and I lost out, my picks would flip flop; though that does not matter at all in the grand scheme of things.
