I accept.
I've honestly been bugging Brandon for months for Kyrie and with how the hard cap is looking, I wouldn't be able to retain both Green and Wiggins. I prefer to have these two over Kyle and DeMar right now. I'm sure I gave up a lot in this deal but I believe Kyrie will get better with Boston next year and I don't have to worry about the hard cap biting me in the ass.
This deal overall helps me plan for the future. I was worried about my teams future at the end of the year. Big contracts, aging players and not making it to the finals. Kyrie (26) - Wiggins (23) - Green (28) - Vucevic (27) is one hell of a decent core to build around right now and compete in the east.
Also, James and Shane really forced my hand on this. I had to do something.

Big time trade. I think it makes sense for Toronto. With Kevin Hollis creating two Eastern Superteams, the rest of the conference has to re-evaluate it’s position. This gives Toronto a chance to compete for many years to come.

I actually hate this for both but if I had to choose a side it'd be Toronto

The hard cap is doing work. It makes sense, as surprising as this is. I'll accept.
