Brooklyn Nets Send:BKN 2018 1st (7th overall pick) SAS 2021 1st 79 Jeremy Lin - $13,000,000 - $13,000,000 - $13,000,000 Total: $13,000,000 Washington Wizards Send:WAS 2018 1st (5th overall pick) Washington has the cap room to take on the $13m. It is a steep price to pay just to move up 2 spots in the draft, especially when Kareem and Kevin might not even have picked the guy I want, but I believe there is one Tier 1 player remaining, so I couldn't risk not getting him, even at the expense of Lin and the SAS 2021 1st.

I accept. The one and only I want in the draft is Luca but he's not available so I want to have players to strengthen me next season because Josh raped me with that Jahlil trade(just kidding). Adding Jeremy in my team will boost my wins in order for me to be atleast out of top 5 maybe. ^^

I accept
In the past we'd probably recognize that SAS 2021 1st to likely be a late-lottery or mid-1st but Gervin's been solid for SAS and by 2021 there's no knowing where that pick will be.

The price is fair. I think the Wizards should want to keep 5 and get the best player possible, not dilute for multiple lesser pieces...
However, if he thinks he can get who he would have picked at 5, at 7, then this is wonderful. I just hope that's the case.
Accept though.

Especially because he didn't even take the best available prospect with the pick. It'd be like if Dallas traded up in real life but instead of taking Luka they take Trae Young.

Great Trade for Josh I believe. Haha ^^ The difference between Bagley and Wendell Carter could end up very small because of Bagley to the kings. That spurs first looks mid to late lottery and sabonis is a solid piece

Yeah this is a good move for Josh. To pick up Bagley at #5 is huge imo

We all value these draftees differently. I would have picked Bagley at #3 right after Ayton and Doncic. I saw Bagley (who despite popular belief was in fact the #2 overall pick in real life) being severely undervalued in D5 which is why I swooped in. Sure, Sacramento can be a mess, but this dude is clearly one of the most talented guys in the draft and is going to have every opportunity to succeed since Sacramento values him so highly.

I think Bagley could be pretty good, but you can't teach defense imo. After watching numerous clips of him running in circles and repeatedly losing his man, I actually wanted Carter over Bagley all along.

Agree 100%— Bagley is a tantalizing offensive talent but arguably is the reason (along with Trent Jr at the 2) Coach K and Duke went to a zone defense. Plus there is no way Bagley is his listed 6’11”— there’s video of him from his Kings workout standing next to Peja S and he looks like he’s 6’9” maybe

The Kings' hate is becoming idiotic..
Anyone remember Demarcus Cousins? Isaiah Thomas? Bogdanovic?
Elite talent can overcome anything...
Josh making BIG BOY moves.. #Respect
