Pelicans trade: 82 Marcin Gortat $25,217,872
Total: $25,217,872
Pacers trade: 74 Michael Carter-Williams $2,360,724 Carlos Boozer $9,856,800 (Contract) Anderson Varejao $8,000,000 (Contract) LAC 2019 2nd
Total: $20,217,524 *1.25 = $25,271,905
I accept.
The Gordon Hayward injury has drastically changed the fortunes on my team this season. Marcin would've been an excellent fit next to Gordon, Wiggins and the rest of the team I hoped would make a deep playoff run this season. Unfortunately without my best player, our team has languished in the lottery. I didn't think it would be fair to Marcin to waste a year of his career, especially at his age, on a certain lottery team. I wish Gortat all the luck in the world on the Pacers where he will be in position to make the playoffs and hopefully make some noise in the East.

I accept. Gortat is a pretty good center. I’m trading a 2nd, a decent young player, and some dead money contracts. I can move Hernangomez to PF.

I'll accept. Gortat is by far the best player here, but he's overpaid. But, it's only one season, but it's a big number. His market is going to be small with a salary that large.
Indy isn't giving up anything too great, MCW is a bench player for certain systems, that's about it.
